“Randy has been great to work with. His audits are detailed, organized, and you can tell he really understands the process. Communication has been smooth and he moves efficiently, which I respect a lot. He also built out my website quickly and did an awesome job — everything looks clean, professional, and exactly how I wanted it. Definitely recommend working with him.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Randy for helping me bring my first clothing brand website to life! As someone building a brand for the first time, having someone who was patient, professional, and truly understood my vision made the entire process so much easier. What stood out the most was Randy’s attention to detail. He made sure everything from the design, layout, functionality, and overall look of the website was on point. He didn’t just build a website — he took the time to make sure it represented my brand the right way. Thank you again Randy!”

Ethan FisherOwner, Gilt Edged Beauty and Barber & Curvey E ClothingGoogle Review

“I worked with Wit-Solutions to design a new website for my real estate business. Randy took a very methodical approach to gathering my requirements and then he went to work. He presented original ideas for my website that far exceeded my expectations. He came prepared, stayed on track and delivered. I could not be happier with the final product. Thank you!”

01Business transformation

We don’t just improve your software. We improve how your business operates.

Most companies don’t have a software problem. They have an operations problem that software made worse: duplicate tools, manual workarounds, information nobody can find. We fix how the business runs first, then build the technology that makes it run better.

02Flagship · Business Operating Systems

Your entire business. One place.

A business operating system is custom software that becomes your company’s command center: one secure place where your team runs daily operations, and where you see the whole business at a glance.

Diagram: a company AI layer and automation sit above a central command center. Customers and leads, operations, projects and scheduling, team and permissions, documents and files, and reporting all connect to it. A security layer with sign-in and multi-factor authentication, role permissions, encryption, an activity log and backups sits underneath everything.

03Private company AI

AI built around your company. Not the other way around.

Give your team an AI that knows your business: projects, customers, documents and procedures. It answers from your approved information, respects the same permissions as your software, and runs on the infrastructure you choose.

  • Hosted AI, connected securelyThrough approved AI providers on business accounts. The fastest way to start.
  • Dedicated private deploymentA model reserved for your company, in a private cloud or on your own servers where feasible.
  • Your knowledge and workflowsOn either option: your documents, systems, procedures and approvals.

Privacy properties differ by option. Before you choose, you see in writing where your information is processed and stored. Fully custom-trained models are scoped separately.

05Real business outcomes

Less waste. Smoother operations. More revenue.

No vague promises. Here is exactly where the time and money come back from, and we set measurable targets for your business before we build anything.

Control costs

  • Cancel the overlapping subscriptions one system replaces
  • Win back the hours your team spends retyping data and building reports
  • Stop paying for software that doesn’t fit how you work

Improve operations

  • One source of truth for every customer, job and document
  • Work that moves to the next person automatically, approvals built in
  • See the status of the whole business without chasing anyone for updates

Create growth opportunities

  • Every call and inquiry answered and followed up, nights and weekends included
  • Follow-up that happens every time, not when someone remembers
  • Websites and marketing judged on inquiries, not impressions

Our results commitment

Before we build, we agree measurable success metrics with you. If your system isn’t hitting them, we keep working with you until it does. It’s written into how we scope every engagement.

11Questions

Straight answers for owners.

What it is, what it costs, who owns it and how it’s protected. Don’t see your question? Ask us directly.

What is a business operating system?

Custom software that brings your company’s daily operations (customers, jobs or projects, team, documents, approvals and reporting) into one secure system designed around how you work. Depending on scope, it can connect to the tools you keep, replace the ones you don’t need, and include AI assistance and automation.

How is it different from a CRM?

A CRM is built around customer relationships and sales, and many can be customized extensively. A business operating system is designed from your operations outward: jobs, crews, sites, documents, approvals and reporting, as well as customers. Sometimes the right answer is a well-configured CRM, or a system built on top of one, and we’ll tell you when that is the case.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Not necessarily. During the audit we sort each tool into keep, connect or replace. Accounting and industry-specific software often stays and is connected. We only recommend retiring a tool when the new system fully covers what it does.

Can we have our own private AI?

Yes, in several forms: an assistant using an approved hosted AI provider, a dedicated deployment reserved for your company, a model running in a cloud account you control, or on-premises where feasible. Each has different costs and privacy properties. We explain them in plain English and document where your data goes before you choose.

Where is our information stored?

It depends on the hosting you choose: a managed cloud service, dedicated hosting, an account your company owns, or your own servers where feasible. Before any build starts, your proposal lists where each kind of data is stored and processed, and which third-party providers are involved.

Who owns our software and data?

Your data is yours, and you can export it. Ownership of the custom code, configuration and documentation we create is set out in writing in your agreement before work begins, and it can be assigned to your company. Third-party software, cloud services and AI models remain under their providers’ licenses.

How is our information protected?

Security is designed in from the first plan: individual sign-ins with multi-factor authentication, role-based permissions, encryption, activity logs, backups and monitoring, with the exact controls agreed in writing for your project. Our Security page explains what is in place today and what we design by scope.

Does WIT provide ongoing maintenance?

Yes. After launch we monitor closely, fix issues, apply updates and keep improving the system: new reports, workflows, users and locations as you grow. The level of ongoing support is agreed in your proposal.

How long does implementation take?

Most website, automation and AI receptionist projects go live within 4 to 8 weeks; a simple AI receptionist can go live in as little as 1 to 2 weeks. Business operating systems and private AI environments are delivered in phases, with the first phase live before the whole system is finished. Your proposal includes a timeline for each phase.

What does a project cost?

Every project is scoped individually, so pricing depends on what you need. On the audit call you get a rough sense of scope before you commit. If there is a fit, you receive a fixed, itemized proposal, with ongoing hosting and support costs listed separately. No hidden fees.

Can the system grow with our company?

Yes. Systems are built in modules, so new locations, departments, users, workflows and reports can be added over time. We plan for the growth you expect during design.

How do employees learn to use it?

Training is part of every implementation: short sessions for each role, written guides, and support during the first weeks of real use. New hires can be trained later as part of ongoing support.

Let’s build a better way to run your business.

Every week your business runs on scattered tools costs you hours, missed leads and money you never see. In a free 60-minute Business Operations Audit we pinpoint where it’s leaking and map the fastest path to fixing it. If there’s a fit, you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and fixed pricing within days.
